About the UNIGIS Institution:
UNIGIS UK is one of the founding members of the UNIGIS International network of universities and actually is a collaboration between two universities in the Greater Manchester area of Northwest England: Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Salford. This allows UNIGIS to draw upon the staff and resources of both institutions to provide a wider range of expertise and support for our students than offered in many other competitor programmes. All course materials are delivered via our Moodle virtual learning environment and student support is provided centrally through our dedicated UNIGIS office. Students who successfully complete the programme will receive a postgraduate degree from either MMU or Salford depending upon where they are registered.
